RECRUITING NEWS: The Latest On Four-Star QB Peter Bourque

A decision is looming for one of the nations top play callers. As Four-Star QB Peter Bourque is nearing a decision in his recruitment, the buzz surrounding one of the nation’s rising signal-callers continues to build. Virginia Tech, Penn State, and Georgia are the ones to watch here. With a commitment coming up on May 14th, here’s the latest surrounding Bourque’s recruitment and where things currently stand.

Not to long ago was Bourque committed to Michigan. Now, it’s up in there where Bourque will land on his decision day. He hasn’t announced any finalists but the schools in the mix include Penn State, Virginia Tech, and Georgia.

Penn State has been an odd school out in the QB cycle this class, but seems to be zeroing in. They really like Bourque, but it doesn’t seem like the Nittany Lions are going to land him. They have their sights set on another gunslinger.

That leaves you with Virginia Tech and Georgia. Early in the week, the Hokies have had all the buzz and did when he announced his commitment date. But as things near, Georgia is making things interesting. The two are battling it out for Bourque’s commitment to a point where nobody knows where he’s going to commit to.

I wouldn’t be shocked with Bourque committing to Georgia or Virginia Tech. But if I had to pick one, I’d lead to the Hokies. But, time will tell. With a commitment coming in 24 Hours, it’s going to be interesting to see what develops in that time.
