Who is Richard Mosley III?

Richard Mosley is a 6’2 180lb defensive back from Bridgeton, New Jersey. He attended Roman Catholic High School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was a part of the 2023 high school football recruiting class.

He enrolled at Stonehill University, where he spent 2 years there, recording 90 tackles, 7 pass-deflections, 2 sacks, 3 forced fumbles, and one interception. He also returned one touchdown on special teams. On December 2nd, 2025, Mosley entered his name into the transfer portal.

Then, On January 13th, 2026, he committed to the Colorado State Rams. Now, he joins Coach Jim Mora as another new piece to the Rams football program.
