Ayden Hector Invited to Seattle Seahawks Mini Camp
Colorado State defensive back Ayden Hector has been invited to the Seattle Seahawks Mini Camp.
The 6’0 graduate senior started his career at Washington State University as a walk on. Hector played in only three games for the Cougars, tallying 13 tackles, one interception, and 2 fumble-returns. He did not play in 2021. In 2022, Ayden transferred to Colorado State.
In his first season with the Rams, Hector recorded 41 tackles, 3 tackles-for-loss, 1 sack, 7 pass-deflections, 1 forced-fumble, and 3 interceptions. One of those interceptions was returned for a touchdown against Nevada. The other was a game sealing interception against the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors. The following season he had 35 tackles, 3.5 tackles-for-loss, 1 sack, and 1 pass deflection. As a redshirt senior in the 2024 season, Hector had 39 tackles, 4.5 TFL, 1 sack, 6 pass deflections, one FF, and a fumble recovery in the Arizona Bowl against Miami (OH).
In his final season as a Ram, he played in only 8 games having 20 tackles, 1 pass deflection, and a single interception against UTSA.
Now, Hector has the opportunity to become another Ram who has taken their talents to the next level in the NFL.
